[male vocals] Oh,
wash
me
clean,
wash
me
clean
In
the
river
where
the
spirit
flows
John
the
Baptist
stood
by
the
Jordan
side
With
a
message
that
the
kingdom
is
near
He
called
the
people
to
leave
their
pride
And
wash
away
every
drop
of
fear
We’
re
stepping
down
into
the
water
deep
To
bury
the
old
man
in
the
sand
A
promise
that
the
weary
soul
will
keep
Walking
forward
in
the
Savior’
s
hand
Yes
Lord,
praise
Him!
Baptism
is
the
washing,
it’
s
the
burial,
it’
s
the
dive
In
the
name
of
Jesus,
we’
re
coming
alive
To
be
immersed
is
to
surrender
it
all
Answering
the
Father’
s
holy
call
We’
re
baptized,
glory,
we’
re
washed
in
the
light
Walking
in
the
truth,
doing
what
is
right
Hallelujah,
we
are
born
again!
When
Jesus
came
to
the
river
flow
To
show
the
world
the
way
we
ought
to
go
He
stepped
right
in,
fulfilling
righteousness
Removing
all
the
weight
of
our
distress
It’
s
a
picture
of
the
death
and
the
rising
sun
A
victory
that
the
King
has
already
won
Thank
You
Jesus,
for
the
path
You
made
In
this
holy
water,
we’
re
never
afraid
Baptism
is
the
washing,
it’
s
the
burial,
it’
s
the
dive
In
the
name
of
Jesus,
we’
re
coming
alive
To
be
immersed
is
to
surrender
it
all
Answering
the
Father’
s
holy
call
We’
re
baptized,
glory,
we’
re
washed
in
the
light
Walking
in
the
truth,
doing
what
is
right
Hallelujah,
we
are
born
again!
Immersion
in
the
Spirit,
immersion
in
the
grace
We’
re
seeking
out
the
beauty
of
His
face
Buried
with
Him,
rising
with
Him
too
Everything
is
holy,
everything
is
new
Yes
Lord,
yes
Lord,
praise
Him!
So
come
to
the
water,
don’
t
hold
back
your
heart
Let
this
be
the
place
where
the
new
things
start
John
the
Baptist
paved
the
way
for
the
King
Listen
to
the
song
that
the
redeemed
ones
sing
We’
re
washed,
we’
re
clean,
we’
re
standing
in
the
flame
Calling
on
the
power
of
the
holy
name
Amen,
amen,
the
work
is
fulfilled
In
the
river
where
the
holy
will
is
stilled
Baptism
is
the
washing,
it’
s
the
burial,
it’
s
the
dive
In
the
name
of
Jesus,
we’
re
coming
alive
To
be
immersed
is
to
surrender
it
all
Answering
the
Father’
s
holy
call
We’
re
baptized,
glory,
we’
re
washed
in
the
light
Walking
in
the
truth,
doing
what
is
right
Hallelujah,
we
are
born
again!
We’
re
baptized
in
the
name,
in
the
name
Wash
me,
bury
me,
raise
me
up
Glory
to
the
Lamb,
forevermore
Amen,
amen,
amen.
