Silver and Gold Belong to You

LORD JESUS, YOU ARE MY GOD

Lord Jesus, You are my God,

You are my Savior, my guiding rod.

You saw my tears in the darkest night,

You saw my heart when it lost its fight.

You counted every wound, every pain,

Yet You carried me through the storm and rain.

Now I believe my season has come,

The battle is ending, the victory's won.

Bless me, Lord, as You blessed Job,

When he lost everything he called his own.

You restored his joy, increased his store,

And blessed him abundantly more and more.

I know You'll do it again for me,

For Your promises stand eternally.

Silver and gold belong to You,

And all that You say, Lord, You will do.

So I lift my hands and trust Your name,

Yesterday, today, forever the same.

My tears were seeds planted in faith's ground,

Now let Your harvest of blessings abound.
