Years of labour
I served my master for years:i worked hard,hoping i would find favour before him.
I served faithfully where others served with cunny,
Crooks and hooks,looting and stealing.I stay still in goodness and faithfully.
Years of labour gone into wild wind,years of under the hot sun toiling for my master,hoping my labour would be light and fair.
Years of toiling and tilling,
Walking,working,hawking ,
Hoping heavens would lighten my burdens.
I toil,till from dusk to dawn ,year in,year out.I sweat and smell like a donkey.i worked with all of me,my blood boils of pain and sorrow of pleasing my master.
One night,master woke me up and asked me to leave his house without reason.
Then i realised,i was robbed,looted and devastated.it cut me deep into the bone marrow.
It was not fair to the man in and and spirits that watches over me.
He stole my toil like a toy,he took it all like a whirlwind.
Never to trust again,
Never to stay bowed,
Never to offer my back for a ride.
Business stays as business,contract must be signed and sealed,money for every services.No more unpaid labour and services.
