On the altar of violence, under boots and the guns.
Too much blood has been spilled, too many lives invested,
But we are looking to the heavens for the rising sun.
We’ve been living in the shadows of deceit and the pain,
But Your grace is sufficient to wash away the stain.

Let us walk in respect, let us stand on our feet.

We can live apart in peace, celebrating the good,
