My manifesto directly aligns with the UPND’s national pillars: Growing the Economy, Connecting the Nation, and Serving the People.
As an experienced leader chosen by the people, I will be your true voice, fearlessly representing the views of the community inside the council chamber.
1. Growing the Economy, Farming & Youth Engagement:
* Efficient Input Delivery: Streamline and encourage distribution channels to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of farmer support inputs to local farmers in Ibolelo Ward.
* Active Youth Engagement: Work directly with the youth to form functional cooperatives, ensuring everyone has something productive to do.
* Empowerment Ventures: Launch specialized youth business ventures supported by grants and low-interest loans.
* Market Hygiene: Establish strict, daily garbage control at Ibolelo Market, Black Market, and other trading Centres for clean trading spaces.
* Cooperative Partnership: Strengthen market and agricultural cooperatives to boost food security and the local economy.
2. Connecting the Nation, CDF & Infrastructure
* Bursaries & Skills: Open clear pathways for local youth to access CDF skills training and educational bursaries.
* CDF at Your Doorstep: Bring the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) closer to you through accessible neighborhood application centers.
* Fair Allocation: Fight tirelessly in the council chamber to ensure Ibolelo Ward benefits from every single national allocation.
* Water & Roads: Push heavily for upgraded water reticulation networks and secure routine maintenance for all local roads.
