Yeah, I'm a church boy

Grew up in the pews every Sunday morning

Learned about grace before the world came calling

Mama said son, keep your faith strong

When the world tries to lead you wrong

I got the Word living deep in my soul

Jesus took the wheel, now He's in control

They see me praying, think I'm playing games

I'm a church boy, raised on the gospel truth

But I found something better in His light

Worship on my lips, Bible in my hand

Following Jesus, that's my master plan
