Oye, sun na

Yeh kahaani hai dil ki

Streets mein cows roam free, while children search for roti

Dogs sleep on the footpath, dreams bigger than their body

Monkeys jump from temple to tree, kya baat hai

But the poor man's struggle, nobody wants to see

Buffalo pulling carts in the heat, dhoom dhoom

While families live in tents, incomplete

Pigeons fly above the slums so high

But down below, mothers asking why

Dil se awaaz, hear the silent cry

Animals and people, under the same sky

Hai, we all need love, we all need care

Elephants work in the circus, chains on their feet

Labor workers build the city, no place to sleep

Parrots in cages, children without schools

Stray puppies searching for their mother's love
